Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PartnerForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PartnerForge provides affiliate tracking, marketplace, and commission management tools. The Service includes both merchant features (creating affiliate programs, tracking conversions) and affiliate features (discovering programs, earning commissions).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Merchant Terms

Merchants are responsible for their own products, pricing, and affiliate relationships. PartnerForge acts as a technology provider, not a party to merchant-affiliate agreements. Merchants must connect a valid Stripe account and maintain their webhook integrations.

5. Affiliate Terms

Affiliates must comply with program-specific rules set by merchants. Fraudulent activity including self-referrals, cookie stuffing, and incentivized clicks will result in commission reversal and account termination.

6. Commissions & Payouts

Commissions are subject to hold periods determined by trust scores and merchant settings. Refunds and chargebacks result in commission reversals. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express.

7. Marketplace

Programs listed on the marketplace are subject to a platform take (default 10%) on commissions from marketplace-sourced affiliates. Direct invite affiliates are not subject to platform take.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Earned commissions in good standing will be paid out upon termination. Fraudulent commissions will be reversed.

10. Limitation of Liability

PartnerForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
